Born in Hanau in 1963. Studied law in Würz­burg, Lausanne and Regensburg. 1988 first State examinaton, 1991 second State examina­tion. 1992 doctoral degree with Prof Dr Arnold, Regensburg. Lawyer in Frankfurt am Main, 1991 to 1994. In between lawyer from 1992 to 1993 in London.

Joined the firm in 1994.

Member of ARGE Building Law—Working Group for Building and Architect Law in the German Associa­tion of Lawyers, member of the Interna­tional Bar Associa­tion, of Deutsche Ge­sell­schaft für Baurecht e.V. and of Forum Vergabe e.V. Member of the public procurement law com­mittee of DAV since 01.01.2011.

Numerous lectures on law governing private construction and property, law governing building project tenders and privatisa­tion law.
