Since 1958 the firm has been providing expert advice on company law throughout Germany. In 1989 this legal practice area was transformed into the Corporate Department. A particular strength of our practice is the provision of transactional advice in the context of business acquisitions. Our interdisciplinary teams work closely with in-house counsel, auditors, banks, investment banks and other transactional advisers.
Domestic and international clients of all sizes, listed companies, public law institutions and their responsible public-sector bodies, as well as private clients (in particular relating to succession issues).
