Born in Berlin in 1984. Studied law in Rostock and Murcia, Spain. First state examination in 2011, second in 2019. 2011 to 2012 research assistant at the Chair of Communication Law (Prof Dr Hubertus Gersdorf) at the University of Rostock. 2014 to 2016 research associate at the Institute for German and European Economic, Competition and Regulatory Law (Prof Dr Heike Schweitzer) at the FU Berlin. From 2011 to 2019, worked in a law firm specialising in data protection law, including accompanying research on the technology programmes “ICT for Electromobility” of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. From 2015 to 2018, freelance research assistant in a law firm of attorneys at law admitted by the Federal Supreme Court in competition and antitrust law. 2016 to 2019 legal clerkship at the Berlin Appellate Court with stations at the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, among others. 2017 Doctorate with Prof. Dr. Hubertus Gersdorf at the University of Rostock on a data protection topic.
2019 Joined the firm.
Advising and representing companies and institutions in the structuring of processes and business models to comply with data protection regulations; acting as counsel for companies in proceedings before data protection supervisory authorities; advising federal and state authorities on digitisation projects.
