Born in 1983 in Aachen. Law studies in Bonn, Helsinki and Edinburgh. Legal clerkship with stations at the Regional Court of Bonn as well as in two commercial law firms in Cologne and Düsseldorf. First state examination in 2011, second state examination in 2015. 2012/13 LL.M. (EU Law) at the University of Edinburgh, 2013 doctoral thesis, supervised by Prof Dr Thüsing, Bonn.
2021 Entry into the law firm. Previously worked for several years as an in‑house lawyer at a listed energy supply company (DAX‑30) and as a lawyer at a law firm specialised in labour law.
Labour and service contract law. Advising national and international companies on all issues of individual and collective labour law, including the representation in court. Advising and supporting companies in transactions involving company transitions/divestitures. Drafting of service and employment contracts. Clients include public employers, church and charitable employers, business enterprises and individuals.
