Providing legal advice and acting as counsel in court in connection with the construction of a new gas and steam cogeneration plant in Berlin. Advising HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH on various major construction projects and acting as counsel for it in court. Providing Bayer AG legal advice on the transfer of production sites and facilities in connection with the divestiture of parts of its crop science business to BASF (total volume of the transactions € 5.9bn).
