Providing ongoing legal advice on the construction of the new hard coal‑​fired power plant in Eemshaven (investment volume > € 3 bn) to a Dutch energy supplier. Conduct of numerous major proceedings in the field of large‑​scale technical plant and power plant construction (court proceedings, ADR procedures); advising and representing national and international plant construction companies and industrial enterprises in projects involving special technical plant construction (both out of and in court and in arbitration proceedings); advising and acting as counsel for a leading international chemicals group in the real estate transfer of production sites and plants in connection with the sale of parts of its crop science business (total transaction volume € 5.9 bn).
