Our day‑to‑day work is more than simply practising “traditional law”. We enable our associates and senior associates to develop their soft skills and acquire new skills. The Redeker Campus, our inhouse training scheme, is composed of eight consecutive modules delivered by experienced trainers and coaches.
In the “Networking & Acquisition” module, the trainers teach – also based on the experience of the younger partners – how to tackle the challenge of building up a network, acquiring their own mandates and finding a place in the market at an early stage in order to be economically successful in the long term.
The presentation training of the Redeker Campus is a real benefit. I was able to implement the new findings directly in relation to my profession. In addition, the training courses always offer a welcome opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from other locations and to network further within the company.
