Our day‑to‑day work is more than simply practising “traditional law”. We enable our associates and senior associates to develop their soft skills and acquire new skills. The Redeker Campus, our inhouse training scheme, is composed of eight consecutive modules delivered by experienced trainers and coaches.
The “Negotiation Management” training provides a good overview of various negotiation techniques, which are illustrated by concrete examples from the participants' practice. The associated exchange of experience with colleagues from other departments and from other locations is very valuable.

I found the presentation training of the Redeker Campus very enriching. The practical exercises in particular were good training, especially for client meetings and court hearings. A pleasant side effect is also the exchange with colleagues at the other locations. Despite the distance, you get to know each other even better beyond the client work and the office parties. The trainings also offer a welcome opportunity to network within the firm.
