Career

Studied law in Mainz and Bonn. 2015 first State Examination, 2019 second State Examination. 2015–2017 research assistant at a German law firm. 2018 doctoral degree with Prof Dr Thole, Dipl.‑​Kfm, Köln. 2017–2019 legal traineeship with stations, among others, at a German law firm in corporate law and the (German) Federal Financial Supervisory Authority.

Joined the firm in 2019.

Legal support in the defense or enforcement of insolvency avoidance claims.

Advises Deutsche Bahn AG on the restructuring of its infrastructure divisions.
Advises church organizations on the acquisition, sale or restructuring of hospitals, including: Malteser Klinikum Duisburg, St. Josefshospital Krefeld‑​Uerdingen, Malteser Hospital Seliger Gerhard Bonn, St. Hildegardis Hospital Cologne, Hospital Düren.
Advising the public sector on the (re)municipalization of companies in crisis and insolvency, inter alia: Advising the district of Kleve on the acquisition of a majority stake in a hospital as part of insolvency plan proceedings.
