Career

Studied law at the University of Regensburg. 2023 first state examination in law; 2025 second state examination in law with in‑​depth training in the professional field of commercial law (in particular competition and corporate law). Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg with stations in an international commercial law firm in Munich and in the group legal department of a DAX company, among others.

Joined the firm in 2026.

Corporate law, corporate governance & corporate compliance, association and foundation law, restructuring / M&A.

Advises companies, shareholders and the public sector on all corporate law issues, including formation, organization and drafting of articles of association, compliance structures as well as shareholding and investment management. Advice and support also on directors' and officers' liability, restructurings, transactions and the formation and structuring of non‑​profit corporations under company, association and foundation law.
