Studied law in Munich and Beijing from 2011 to 2018. First state examination in 2018. 2018 to 2019 part‑​time research assistant to Prof. Dr. Manssen, Chair of Public Law, esp. German and European Administrative Law, University of Regensburg. Legal traineeship in Regensburg, Munich and Brussels with a station at the European Commission in the Internal Market Directorate General. 2020 Second state examination. Since 2020 PhD student with Prof. Dr. Wollenschläger, Chair of Public Law, European Law and Public Economic Law, University of Augsburg and working as a lawyer. 2022 Research stay at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon‑​Sorbonne.

Public procurement law, public commercial law, constitutional law, European law.

Advising and representing public contracting authorities and companies on the award of public contracts in all sectors: inter alia, procurement assistance for a major sports event in Munich (European Championships 2022, 2020‑2022), a project for the promotion of green hydrogen (since 2022), the first tele‑​emergency doctor location in Bavaria (spring 2022), concessions for rescue services (2020‑2022) as well as a new construction of a municipal swimming pool (2021‑2022).

Advice and representation on state procurement procedures outside of public procurement: e. g. on land sales, e. g. for municipal models for socially just land use (2021‑2022), or on the allocation of stands at a folk festival (spring 2022).

Advice on fundamental issues of public procurement, administrative, constitutional and EU law, for example on sustainable procurement, municipal economic development or restructuring in the public sector.
