Committed forge of young talent. Redeker Sellner Dahs is spreading a spirit of optimism. The law firm with its two powerhouses in Bonn and Berlin has taken major steps in a short space of time to renew its tradition as a committed hotbed of young talent, in addition to a generational change in partnership and management. In the azur survey, the associates praised this commitment as well as the overall working atmosphere and emphasised the “personal and respectful interaction” and the “good care for employees”.

Good opportunities for partnership Young lawyers have always been in good hands at Redeker: The firm is a pioneer in the structured supervision of trainees and the serious training of trainee lawyers. For its associates, the promotion of a specialist lawyer title has been standard for decades, as has the incentive to take responsibility for clients and career advancement at an early stage. Figures confirm the good opportunities for a career as a partner, even part‑time if desired.

Training restructured Redeker has restructured and expanded its training programme for young professionals. It is setting new priorities with the training of personal and business skills. The law firm is also focussing on increasing the proportion of women with special training and networking opportunities. Diversity and equal opportunities are given a high priority by the firm's management.
