Redeker Sellner Dahs appoints new partners in data protection and white‑​collar crime law

Dr. Gero Ziegenhorn and Dr. Daniel Neuhöfer admitted to the partnership

Bonn, 4 January 2021. The Redeker Sellner Dahs law firm will be admitting two lawyers from its own ranks to the partnership on 1 January 2021. This means that the firm now has 45 partners.

Daniel Neuhöfer stands for the next generation, which has already received considerable recognition, on our highly reputed criminal law team,” was how Andreas Okonek, Chair of the Management Committee, commented on the appointments.

Dr Gero Ziegenhorn has been working at the Berlin office since 2008. He has played a key role in developing the firm's data protection law practice and also works in public commercial law and European law. He advises and acts as counsel on digitalisation issues for enterprises and corporate groups as well as associations, European institutions and federal and state authorities. Dr. Gero Ziegenhorn is a member of the Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e. V. (GDD). (GDD), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is a lecturer on data protection law at FernUniversität Hagen.

Dr Daniel Neuhöfer, LL.M. joined the law firm in 2013 and works at the Bonn office in the areas of white‑​collar crime, compliance and data protection law. He advises and serves as counsel for executives and companies in all stages of criminal proceedings. He acts as witness counsel in criminal proceedings and before parliamentary committees of enquiry. Dr. Daniel Neuhöfer furthermore advises companies on compliance issues and conducts internal investigations. He is, among other things, a member of Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung e. V. (WisteV) and is involved in the criminal law working group of DICO – Deutsches Institut für Compliance e. V.
